Terms of Use

Rules governing access to and use of Qodium.

Last updated: September 13, 2026

Purpose and acceptance

Qodium provides online tools for formatting, converting, analyzing, and generating technical data. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Qodium.

Access to the service

Most tools are available without registration. Some features or usage limits may depend on an account. Roselabs SAS may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of Qodium when needed for maintenance, security, legal, or product reasons.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Account settings allow you to update your information or delete your account.

Acceptable use

You must not use Qodium to:

  • break applicable law or infringe another person's rights;
  • upload or process content you are not authorized to use;
  • probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass the security or usage limits of the service;
  • distribute malware or use the service to attack third-party systems;
  • automate abusive traffic or interfere with other users.

Your content

You retain your rights in data submitted to Qodium. You grant Roselabs SAS only the temporary permissions technically necessary to provide the requested operation. You are responsible for ensuring that your content is lawful and that you have permission to process it.

Results and availability

Qodium is provided on an “as available” basis. Technical outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for validating results, maintaining backups, and deciding whether they can safely be used. No uninterrupted or error-free availability is guaranteed.

Third-party services

Some features interact with third-party services or websites at your request, including social sign-in and URL Checker. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Roselabs SAS is not responsible for their content or availability.

Intellectual property

Qodium's branding, interface, and original content belong to Roselabs SAS or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer intellectual property rights to users. Open-source components remain governed by their respective licenses.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Roselabs SAS is not liable for indirect loss resulting from use of Qodium, inability to access it, loss of data, or reliance on a generated result. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by French law, without limiting mandatory protections that may apply to you. Questions can be sent to contact@roselabs.co.
